As a Second Line IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing high-quality support to our legal professionals. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide second-line technical support to end-users, including lawyers and support staff.


• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, both remotely and in-person.


• Configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals.


• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network and security protocols.


• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.


• Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications.


• Assist with onboarding and training new employees on IT systems and best practices.


• Ensure data backups and disaster recovery procedures are in place.


• Proactively identify and address potential IT problems to minimize disruptions.


• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
