Service Desk Analyst

Our Tech Assist team are first point of contact for all staff who require help or information regarding technology within Macquarie, you will have an immediate impact on the service to the business and be the face of technology.

What role will you play?
You will be providing face to face technology support to our traders and trading business as well as engagement via our various digital platforms. You will also be involved in projects like technology refreshes, upgrades and office technology moves and changes.
What you offer
- Completed external study in a PC/IT related course
- Previous experience in a Help Desk/Desktop Support role
- Windows, SCCM and/or ITIL experience
- Basic networking skills.
