In this apprentice role, you will be working towards the Level 3 Digital Support standard.

As an IT Helpdesk Apprentice at the Museum of London you will be an integral part of the IT team who are responsible for managing and maintaining the museum’s network infrastructure and ICT systems.

You will be responsible for providing both remote and desk side support to the museum’s diverse range of users, in what can be a complex and busy environment. You will also be the first point of contact to all our colleagues within the museum when dealing with helpdesk requests, providing a highly efficient customer service.

Previous experience of working in a museum is not required, we are looking for someone who has a demonstrable passion for computers and technology with the ability to communicate clearly, someone who can plan and manage their time well and think creatively with challenges that may arise to develop innovative solutions.
