An excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a Receptionist with the High Peak Living Well Team, based in Buxton.
You will be joining a busy Community Mental Health Team, where you will be valued and enjoy a warm and positive environment.
This post is varied and includes supporting clinicians with typing/word processing, data input, taking calls from a range of individuals, managing room bookings and welcoming people visiting the teams.
It is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work in a busy environment and as part of a team.
You must be able to prioritise work and respond to any queries from service users, staff, the general public or other agencies in a professional manner.
You should have demonstrable experience or possess RSA II typewriting or word processing, have a good standard of spelling and grammatical accuracy, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
You need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of confidentiality issues, be well motivated and reliable.
The post is working as part of a friendly team of staff.
