Payroll Administrator

A permanent part-time role in Warrington, administrating the payroll process and associated tax implications.
Responsibilities to include,
- Processing of bi-weekly payroll
- Review of payroll to insure accurate calculation of pay
- Timesheet reporting and chasing missing timesheets
- Administration of pension payments / salary sacrifice / Benefit in Kind / IR35
- Payroll journals and the preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Interface with shared service centre / external payroll provider
- Support to customer / statutory audits
- Calculation of labour rates
- Resolution of employee payroll queries
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Self starter, able to work with minimal supervision
Education / Experience:
- At least 5 years of job-related experience
