Working Hours:- 40 hours Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00
What you’ll do
- Report on the different KPIs set within the business
- To work to targets and agreed KPIs
- To run reports for outstanding PODs / Haulier Debrief
- Update systems in an accurate and timely manner
- To liaise with various teams on site to gather information where necessary.
- Manage customer expectations.
- To continually multi skill and seek new ways of adding value to the team/site.
- To analyse data and offer cost saving solutions.
- To analyse data and highlight inefficiencies.
- Enthusiastic and customer focused.
- Well organised & a motivated individual
- Able to manage and prioritise variable workloads and work with minimum supervision.
- Having the confidence to seek out information from different parts of the business and build a network of cross-functional contacts.
- Ability to make accurate decisions on the job.
- Calm when under pressure and confident when talking to customers.
- The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
