Fleet Administrator

We have great opportunities for Tracking Administrators to join our growing HGV division here at Zenith.
Based in our Altrincham Office in the WA15 area , this is a diverse role with a customer service edge and the opportunity to build relationships across a range of internal and external contacts. The role is crucial in tracking the repairs & services we manage for our broad client base to SLA's and the accurate reporting of this to the wider business.
Responsibilities include;
- Liaising with repair agents on various maintenance issues and updating our systems with detailed and accurate information.
- Being aware of each customer's service contract obligations and individual operating requirements or restrictions, including financial, and escalate repairs that will not meet these to the appropriate Fleet Controller.
- Keeping accurate paper and electronic records in line with team and Operations Department protocol.
- Completion of various reports for internal and external distribution.

The ideal candidate will be supported but must have the ability to self-manage whilst working under pressure. Working collaboratively and supporting the wider team and departments to ensure that the highest standard of service is achieved.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as attention to detail, good IT skills and being well organised are important to the success in this role.
