Data & Administration Officer
Approximately 20-25 Hours per week - Term Time plus 2 days only

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner to the post of Data & Administration Officer.
The successful candidate will join a high achieving and ambitious team in our very popular and over-subscribed school. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and innovative candidate, ideally with a proven track record or future potential to consistently deliver high quality service provision and outcomes for students and families.
The school is a very popular over-subscribed school with year-on-year improving results.
This role will provide the post holder with the opportunity to join a large, vibrant, well established and very successful school, and within it, a very strong and effective pastoral and administrative support team. The Role:
The successful candidate will be a dedicated and committed professional who in support of the Data & SIMS Manager and the wider Administration team, would be responsible for providing effective support and administration of the school’s data management and assessment services, including support with attendance information, and wider administrative assistance. This would include supporting the school with its maintenance, use and development of the school’s strategic and operational data including assessment, recording, and reporting systems, and attendance monitoring and management.
The effective use and interpretation of data is critical to the future success of the school and as such this appointment is of immense importance to us as a team and as a school. The appointment will also offer the successful candidate the opportunity to contribute to our already successful school, in our bid to become outstanding.
