Working Hours: Part Time, 14 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday 8.30am - 4pm

Salary: £20,623 per annum pro rata (£7,069 Actual Salary)



The Governors of this happy and successful school are looking to appoint an experienced administrator to provide additional support to the administrative team.


The school office can be very busy and the successful candidate will need to be able to co ordinate and manage their tasks to ensure completion within timescale.


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good standards of literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.


The main duties will be:


  • Welcoming visitors to school

  • Communicating with parents, pupils and outside agencies, including answering general telephone and face to face enquiries

  • To assist with pupil first aid

  • To undertake routine clerical and administrative support



About the Candidate



The successful candidate will:


  • Have the ability to relate well to children and adults

  • Have experience of general clerical and administrative work

  • Possess good numeracy and literacy skills

  • Be willing to undertake minor first aid training

  • Have a good understanding of and the ability to use relevant

  • Technology, for example, a photocopier

  • Possess keyboard and computer skills
