Full Time Equivalent Salary: £22,737 - £23,500


Actual Pro Rata Salary: £10,600.36 - £10,956.08


Hours: 20 hours per week We are looking for an experienced and inspirational individual to join St Mary's Catholic Voluntary Academy as our school Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and support of the main school office and all its functions.


Previous experience in a school office role, would assist in the success of applications and strong computer literacy skills in all Microsoft applications are essential due to the nature of this role.

If you enjoy working with children and you are a great communicator then we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will be able to use their initiative to respond appropriately to the needs of pupils and support pupils to engage in activities at the end of the school day.
