Community Administration Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised Band 3 Administrator (37.5 hours per week) to work in the Perinatal CMHT. We are seeking a conscientious administrator with a can-do attitude who enjoys working in a large team and demonstrates a commitment to delivering high quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills and have a broad range of administration experience, being able to work with intuition and sometimes under pressure. The post-holder will work as part of a dynamic team supporting clinicians and team managers in the smooth running of the Perinatal service, providing admin support to the clinical team in relation to care plans and clinical correspondence. The successful applicant will co-ordinate and facilitate the dissemination of information to and from the team and be required to deal efficiently, precisely and courteously with telephone calls from service users as well as health professionals.
