Clerical Officer for Midwifery Led Services
at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust Manchester in Manchester (Published at 20-11-2023)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clerical officer to work in the Maternity Community office and Birth Centre at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a positive attitude and excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and working experience of LE2.2
The successful applicant will provide general clerical duties and be responsible for accurate data input, processing referrals, booking appointments, taking telephone calls and other administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of working in a similar administrative environment.
The post holder will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical functions
The post holder will be expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good IT and organisational skills, with the ability to deal sensitively and confidently with people, both face to face and over the telephone, as well as work effectively as part of the team. The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines is essential.
The ability to work using own initiative and without direct supervision.

With births of around 6000 per year, Bolton is the ‘Supercentre’ for the northwest, providing high quality compassionate care to the women of
Bolton, Bury, Salford and beyond.
