We’re seeking a Personal Assistant that will work on a 1:2 or a 1:1 ratio. This role will provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to our leadership teams and will assist with the day to day running of their offices.
You’ll be building strong partnerships and understanding workstyles. You will have the ability to align priorities keeping the flow of work going and ensuring things happen at the right time, and in the right order.
You’ll be based in our London, Judd Street office at least 3 days a week.
You’ll have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and priorities your leaders diaries, filter and prioritise requests, solve conflicts and delegate where appropriate
- Co-ordinate and manage every aspect of travel itinerary
- Prepare meeting materials and builds in prep time where required
- Develops great working relationships with stakeholders agreeing ways of working and regularly connecting to align on priorities
- Co-ordinates all people calls/webcasts/events working in partnership with appropriate colleagues.
- Responsible for onboarding of any new members of the team
You’ll need to have the following skills and experience
- A proven track record in a similar position within a multi-functional business
- Be highly organised and have experience of managing multiple diaries
- Can multi -task and deliver to a consistently high standard
- Have a commitment to discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly competent in use of Microsoft tools
