This is a unique opportunity to work for an award winning, established International IT Recruitment business, who are looking to expand and open a new office in Amsterdam.

Management who are overseeing this project are based in their Central Manchester office, therefore you will be located here until relocation.

The Role: Your focus will be bringing in new business and candidates for this new Amsterdam office.

You will work as a 360 recruiter across the IT sector and you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment. You will source highly-specialist candidates and build relationships with them, supporting candidates throughout the process. You will liaise closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide bespoke solutions.

• At least 12 months’ recruitment experience, ideally within the IT sector


• Fluent Dutch is not essential but would be advantageous


• An ambitious, self-motivated individual who has an excellent work-ethic


• Someone who handles pressure well and uses initiative to balance a busy workload


• The ability to manage a busy workload and work independently
