Role: Technical Support Engineer X2 Location: South Manchester / Hybrid Salary: Up to 50K DOE Maxwell Bond is working with a leading Pharmaceutical-related Business who are looking to add X2 Technical Support Engineers to their team on a permanent basis. As the Technical Support Engineer, your day-to-day role will include providing remote software support, analysing product issues and being able to implement proposed recommended solutions to resolve any reported issues. If you are someone who is self-motived, shows a willingness to learn and wants to get stuck in then this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: **Proactive incident management, collaborating with multiple team members to achieve the fastest possible resolution based on incident SLA. **Contribute to the internal knowledge base with documentation, making sure that there is adequate documentation for frequent, ongoing problems. **Act as the primary point of contact for technical support needs, keeping track of requests, follow-up, and deadlines. **Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues or requests. **Manage and enhance the technical support process from start to finish, minimizing the use of internal engineering whilst maximizing client satisfaction.
