Ensure waiting room is tidy/air-conditioned and customer survey response box emptied monthly Retrieve telephone voice messages throughout the working day To file paper records until passed for confidential destruction Ensure all windows and doors are locked at the end of the day To work independently in Units 1 and 2 at A&C Band 3 level as required Upholds sound working relationships with all clients always ensuring professionalism. Is friendly, courteous, and sensitive to the needs of all client groups. Liaises with Managers, Heads of Departments, Human Resources, Social Agencies and Local Health Authority Departments in a professional and courteous manner. Liaises effectively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a quality OH service when presented with a challenging or difficult case.
Uses OH software system to records precise and appropriate communication in all instances where a record is required for future reference. Shares a responsibility for the maintenance of individual health records, statutory records and recording of attendances to ensure compilation of accurate statistics for departmental activity data and audit.
