We're looking for a HR Shared Service (HRSS) Administrator to join our expanding HR team based in the prestigious location of Cavendish Square. You will play a vital role in assisting the HR Shared Service team to respond to enquiries, from existing employees and line managers of existing employees.



As a HR Shared Service Administrator your duties will include providing HR admin support service, which may include contracts amendments, job changes, answering annual leave, maternity leave or payroll queries. You will also be expected to learn HR policies and procedures, guiding our employees on best practice or how to find the tools they need for people management.

What you'll do:



  • Data entry,

  • Responding to calls,

  • Working to deadlines and KPIS,

  • Using Workday, our HR system, updating the spreadsheet with confidential information and ensuring the HRSS Team comply with all legislative and regulatory requirements when supporting employees and managers throughout their employment with HCA.



What you'll bring:



  • Previous experience in HR

  • Experience of working in an office, ideally in healthcare industry

  • Active interest in Human Resources, ideally working towards CIPD

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, answering queries by calls and emails. Work to deadlines,

  • Able to appropriate handle confidential information, and store data appropriately

  • Able to use initiative, knowing your level of remit and responsibility to provide HR advice

  • Exceptional IT skills, data entry skills, Microsoft Word and Excel skills

  • A friendly and positive attitude
