Front of House Receptionist - Mayfair Company

Mayfair based company has an exciting opportunity for a career receptionist, this role is integral for the organisation where you will offer the first customer experience. The reception experience is seen as the heart of the organisation where you will both present a friendly, professional and proactive face of the organisation.
On a day to day basis candidates will:
- Answering incoming calls
- Greet visitors on arrival (as first point of contact)
- Taking visitors through to meeting rooms
- Sorting the Post before distribution throughout the office
- Booking Couriers/Cabs - keeping records
- Updating a report on daily basis
- Updating Contacts Database (daily)
- Updating telephone & contact lists
- Dealing with the Telephone System
- Liaising with building management regarding maintenance issues
- Liaising closely with our catering team
- Contacting the cleaning company regarding any cleaning issues
- Ordering stationery
- Keeping the stationary room tidy
- Documenting, retrieval and sending boxes to archive
Ideal candidates must have a minimum of working 4 years on a busy reception desk within a corporate environment. An exceptional communicator is needed coupled with the ability to undertake adhoc administration tasks.
