Job Description


My client, an incredibly friendly and welcoming private family office, are searching for an allrounder Receptionist / Office Manager / PA to support them across the business. This is a really lovely diverse role with classic front of house reception duties including meeting and greeting clients and setting up meeting rooms to private PA responsibilities including booking flights, gifting and diary management.


As this is a newly created role our client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and take things off their hands without being asked to create a more efficient business.


Responsibilities will include:


Reception / Office Management



  • Meet and greet

  • Answering the phone and managing the office inbox

  • Ordering of office supplies

  • Managing the cook/cleaner

  • Booking company events

  • Keeping a positive company dynamic


PA




  • Diary management

  • Booking travel

  • Running errands

  • Organising birthday celebrations in the office
