We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with a strong background in Financial Services to support our executive team spread across London, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Edinburgh

Required Skills:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.


• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.


• Conduct research and gather data to assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.


• Assist in the preparation of financial documents, such as budgets, expense reports, and financial statements.


• Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and catering.
