Receptionist - temp to perm - immediate start (£15 - £18 p/h)

Who am I reporting to: HR Manager

Key duties:

• Meet and greet all clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.


• Managing a busy switchboard


• Calendar management


• Organising travel and logistics


• Ad hoc tech support for clients


• Coordinate IT support

What is the company looking for?

• Ideally 1yr + experience in professional or corporate environment.


• IT Literate - Microsoft Office, Zoom.


• Excellent communication skills.


• An attention to detail, strong work ethic and can-do attitude.


• Great time management skills.
