International Patient Office Manager Full Time

at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust London in London (Published at 09-11-2023)

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest and most successful Foundation Trusts in the UK with an international reputation and a tradition of innovation. We are seeking for a self-motivated individual to lead and develop the International Patient Office for UCLH Private Healthcare.

The post holder will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with Embassies and other international referrers, as well as running the Arabic advocate service. The successful applicant will work closely with the UCLH Private Healthcare senior management team and clinical and non-clinical managers within the Trust to provide a high-quality service.

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly self-motivated individual who is able to plan and organise their own workload without supervision and make decisions independently. An understanding of private healthcare in the UK and working with Health Offices in London would be highly beneficial. Being fluent in spoken and written Arabic is essential. This role will need to demonstrate the ability to lead and manage the Arabic advocate team, improve and maintain a high-quality service to Arabic patients, and form productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity to develop an International Patient Office, and to help grow international private patients at UCLH. Private Healthcare is part of UCLH’s 2023-2027 strategy, and this post will be key in helping achieve our goals.
