Full time, 37.5 hours per week


Monday – Friday, 0800-1630 Permanent


We’re looking for an Administrator to join our CEO’s office at London Bridge Hospital. This position will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the Executive Office.

What you’ll do:



  • Responsible for onboarding of new Consultants, ensuring all required documentation is received, and presented to MAC

  • Ensuring all Consultant credentials remain in date and compliant – sending weekly reminders regarding expiring/expired documents, uploading the renewed documents

  • Supporting the annual renewals of consultants practicing privileges

  • Supporting the management/administration of events as required – Consultant dinner/Charity Events/Annual Remembrance Service/Staff and Consultant Parties

  • Deputise for the PA to the CEO in their absence, ensuring seamless admin cover at all times

  • To undertake any other administration duties as requested by the Executive Team



What you’ll bring:



  • Excellent general administrative skills with proven previous experience

  • Intermediate to Advanced IT skills and experience

  • Experience of minute taking preferred

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills with good spoken and written English
