Administrative Assistant - Hybrid Working!


Ryder Reid are looking to recruit an organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis. This role will be a true team working opportunity where every team member collaborates and ensures all needs of the business are achieved.


The general duties of an Administrative Assistant will include, but are not limited to:



  • Regular Organisation and planning.

  • Client relationship administration.

  • Financial Administration.

  • Matter Opening Administration.

  • General administrative tasks as required.


Open to little experience, this role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a top firm. (CILEX qualification is welcomed)


It is crucial applicants are flexible, well organised, reliable and be enthusiastic to support the team.


The hours for the role will be 9:30-am-5:30pm but our client is looking for someone who is also flexible. A big part of the role will be helping and assisting the team.
