Providing wide-ranging reception, diary management and administrative services as part of our Head Office Support Team you'll help to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage their own time and priorities. The successful candidate will provide an efficient and responsive reception service at our Head Office in London and manage an effective support system for a senior management team, delivering a positive experience for people visiting the office and that is in keeping with the vision and values of Turning Point and conveys the professional reputation of one of the leading national health and social care organisations.
It's a part-time role - 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
Role Responsibility
From greeting and assisting visitors, operating switchboard, and managing an effective office space booking system, you will provide a point of contact that delivers a positive and productive experience to both clients and colleagues as befits the external image of Turning Point commensurate with being professional, business like and conducive to driving future growth.
You’ll support the Office Manager and assist others in office administration tasks which will include travel & accommodation arrangements and diary management for a senior management team. You’ll manage and maintain computer files and records, provide H&S and facilities administration and set up and maintain good housekeeping standards.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who's able to portray a strong, positive, and confident persona. It's desirable that you have previous experience of working as a Receptionist or Administrator and have experience of switchboard and managing senior team diaries.
Along with excellent communication skills, the desirable candidate would stay calm under pressure, effectively prioritize their workload, multi-task whilst juggling deadlines and bring a strong hands-on, sleeves up approach to the role. A confident user of MS Office systems, it's also key to the role that you are highly organised, attentive to detail and are a good team player with a sense of collective endeavour.
