A growing independent PR agency is looking for a super efficient office manager to organise and run the office, and put admin and HR systems in place as they grow.
The Company

The Office Manager’s Job
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office, the MD’s diary and supporting the team’s operational needs.
- Organising employee events, liaising with suppliers, supporting IT, assisting with recruitment and onboarding/new employee inductions.
- You’ll be the first office manager in the agency, so you will have the autonomy to put in place the processes you know will work.
You
- You’ll be a superstar office manager, super organised with great interpersonal skills and bags of energy.
- Enjoy being the go-to person for a team of busy PR consultants, you’ll be a whizz in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Calm under pressure, a people person and happy to work 3 days a week (2 in the office)
