Position: Receptionist - 5 days in office

Salary: £30,000-£38,000 (DoE)

Location: West End

Benefits: Discretionary bonus, up to 10% pension contribution, 25 days holidays, travel and health insurance and life assurance.

Key responsibilities for this Receptionist role:

• Provide courteous, professional, friendly service at reception


• Greet visitors, announce arrivals, issue passes


• Be the first point of contact, answer calls, transfer callers


• Keep reception area and meeting rooms tidy


• Open, sort and distribute post and deliveries


• Provide admin and clerical support


• Support meeting room bookings and audio-visual needs

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Experience in a customer-facing environment


• People focused approach


• A background in corporate, concierge, or high-end hospitality is advantageous


• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
