Background
Supporting the apprenticeship team, you will provide support to School admissions and apprenticeship teams. Manage and update the LMS and report weekly to Head of Apprenticeships on the status of students and administrators in the system.
Responsibilities
You will support internal quality assurance activity for EPA, ILR and compliance documents; support and monitor reports: Data Claim Error reports and funding reports to ensure data has been processed correctly. Working with City colleagues, you will develop processes to capture changes in apprentice records and strategies to improve the quality of data held.
Person Specification
You will have experience of working within a complex/multi-tiered work based training provider in the area of apprenticeships. You will also have experience of working with apprenticeship systems such as the Apprenticeship Service. You will have excellent communication and problem solving skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
