TPP is recruiting a Team Assistant who is a natural team player and will support the team with administrative tasks.

The Role:


As a Team Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide invaluable administrative support to the Senior Management Team (SMT) Directors, allowing them to focus on their critical work.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Diary Management: Efficiently schedule internal and external meetings, from booking meeting rooms to catering.

  • Proactive Solutions: Anticipate scheduling conflicts and find proactive solutions to keep things running smoothly.

  • Email Management: Prioritise emails and streamline inboxes.

  • Deadline Management: Flag deadlines for deliverables to the Executive Leadership Team.

  • Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Meeting Support: Schedule team meetings and take minutes during meetings.

  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel plans and create detailed itineraries for Directors.

  • Collaboration: Assist Executive Assistants and provide cover for reception when required.

  • Administration: Manage general administration tasks and update the team's SharePoint area.
