As the Legal Ballot Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our balloting function. You will be the first point of contact for dealing with balloting processes, providing essential administrative support to the team.
Your responsibilities will include processing ballots, handling queries from officers, and coordinating the implementation of balloting procedures using Civica.
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate a strong background in office administration, with excellent IT skills and the ability to organise database systems. You will have demonstrable understanding of ballot processes. Additionally, your ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and provide support to colleagues will be invaluable.
