Calling all Accountants who feel like every day is the same…

There is another way.

At MAP we strive to make a difference, far from being the traditional reactive accountant of the past with little communication with clients, we work closely with our clients to support them with all areas of their business. We are proactive, making clients aware of when a statutory requirement or service comes due and are always looking at and addressing ways to further support our clients to develop their financial maturity whether it’s taking over their credit control or supporting them with due diligence when they are ready to sell their business. Communication with clients is front and centre and takes place regularly via email, over the phone and face-to-face, our approach builds a stronger deeper partnership with clients to better understand them and support them on their journey.

Not only do our clients benefit from our new way of doing things, but so do our people, we live and breathe our values; Be Brave, Be Caring, Be a Team Player and Be Dependable, whether it’s hosting a live community radio show on a quarterly development day or presenting at our weekly team meeting, providing daily real-time feedback to colleagues or coming up with a new service we can provide to clients, we push the norm to create highly skilled, caring advisers who can support clients and who are supported to feel challenged and fulfilled throughout their journey at MAP.
