Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive & Chairman - Property
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
Location: Trafford Park
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Our client is a market leading developer, established for over 30 years.
Their portfolio comprises of award-winning office, leisure, retail, industrial and residential properties across the UK.
They have an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Executive Assistant to work for their Chief Executive and Chairman
Typical duties will include:
- Act as key point of contact for the CEO and Chairman, proactively managing internal/external enquiries and communication, some of which will be of a sensitive and / or confidential nature
- Maintaining, checking and managing e-mails, organising meetings including liaising with stakeholders in a concise and professional manner
- Keeping all diaries up to date, arranging meetings and appointments
- Arranging travel & accommodation for personal and business purposes
- Answering telephone system, directing calls, taking messages and forwarding in a timely manner
- Preparing reports, presentations, research and other background information to support the CEO & the Chairman
- The preparation of board packs, agendas, minute taking and distribution of Board information
- Support and manage the CEO & Chairman’s commitments with regards to their membership of industry organisations
- Meet & greet visitors, make drinks, attend to meeting rooms as required.
- Undertake audio typing, copy typing and verbal dictation
- Organising and attending major events when required (attendance may be outside business hours)
- Filing & maintaining all business and personal filing.
- General secretarial duties
- Holiday and sickness cover to other PA’s as and when required.
- Provide administration support to other PA’s
- Keeping company diary system up to date along with the board room and meeting room diaries

Who we’re looking for:
- An accomplished and experience EA
- Knowledge of the Property Development Sector would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent telephone & communication skills
- Excellent audio, typing & MS Office programs; Word, Excel & Powerpoint skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively and efficiently
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Ability to be flexible with patience and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to carry additional duties if required
- Highly professional and confidential
- Able to work on own initiative
