What you’ll do:
Set up the site filing system to record and maintain all project documentation
- Prepare and maintain a suitable Contract Drawing Matrix for the control and issue of Contract Drawings
- Collate the Project Managers internal monthly reports
- Prepare and issue weekly plant and material returns
- Control and maintain the Health & Safety File
- Prepare all necessary documentation for incorporation into the O&M Manuals at Project Completion
- Input data into site waste management plans
- Document Coordinator for all BIW, project drawings
- Assist, when necessary, the site secretarial staff with the site correspondence, filing, etc
What you’ll need:
Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry
Full UK driving licence
- Experience in working with Common Data Environment Systems (CDE) - Asite, Conject, BIM 360 or BIM Docs
- Strong interpersonal, communications and organisation skills
- Able to work well under pressure, prioritise work load effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365.
