Sacco Mann is working closely with a highly regarded firm in Manchester who are searching for a Corporate Solicitor to join them.



The independent boutique work closely with a long list of enviable clients nationwide, offering a full remit of services within the sport and media sector. Due to expansion, there are now looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Corporate Solicitor to join and build a career with this exciting legal practice at their modern office in Manchester.



The ideal applicant will have at least 3 years PQE experience in corporate law, as you with handle a busy and broad caseload offering a bespoke corporate service to an impressive client base including many high-net-worth individuals. This will include M&A, corporate advisory, private equity, re-organisations, player transfer funding/finance/discounting transactions, football club ownership related issues and general company secretarial for a variety of sporting bodies.
