A fully licensed UK bank specializing in Banking Services for global fintechs and providing SME Lending solutions for UK businesses are hiring a Office 365 Technical Support Specialist to join the team.

About this business:

The lending division offers commercial real estate investment loans and trading loans, ranging from £0.5 million, to cater to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses in the UK. As a leading Banking Services provider, they offer a comprehensive range of services, including real-time multi-currency payments, accounts, acquiring, indirect scheme access, open banking, and FX solutions.

We are in search of a dynamic IT Support Analyst to join the team with a primary focus on ensuring the efficient operation of the technology and systems. You will be a key player in helping employees with software linked problems and guiding the correct use of office 365 within the organization.

Your Day-to-Day:

Office 365 Support

Help Desk Support

Software Installation and Configuration

User Training and Support

Security and Compliance

Technical Documentation

Collaboration and Coordination

Continuous Improvement

Propose and implement enhancements to optimize the performance of Office 365 applications

What you would need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).


• Proven experience providing IT support.


• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and their features.


• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with trouble shooting technical problems.


• Windows OS and hardware expertise.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to help relay technical information to non-technical minds.


• Customer-centric mind set and a passion to help users with problem solution.


• Microsoft 365 Certified (Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate etc)
