About the Role
It’s an exciting time to be joining Haringey. Digital and Change recently have created a new position of User Support Analyst. Could be you be the person we are looking for? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual eager to carve out a niche in a new role, contributing to the growth of their career. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, adept at translating technical jargon for non-technical individuals, and has a knack for gathering requirements. Collaboration is key as you’ll be an integral part of a team, collectively delivering resident-centric digital services. Experience with systems such as Halo ITSM, Monday.com, or the Microsoft Suite of low-code tools (like Power Platform) is highly desirable. About You
At the entry-level PO4, we’re seeking individuals with experience in self-service productivity platforms like MS Power Suite or Monday.com. Collaborative skills within cross-functional teams and a matrix environment are desirable. Analytical prowess and problem-solving skills, particularly in root cause analysis, are crucial. You should be adept at delivering training on IT systems to a non-technical audience, producing user guides, and understanding both Waterfall and Agile project management principles. Familiarity with configuration management, version control, and adherence to industry standards and regulations is expected. For the elevated PO5 level, proficiency in product management techniques, frameworks, and principles is key. This includes setting objectives, crafting user stories, designing experiments, and prioritizing backlogs. Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is crucial, along with the ability to develop custom product solutions aligned with organizational strategic goals. Additionally, proficiency in delivering training on technical solutions and hands-on experience with low code/no code SaaS solutions are valued at this level.
