The role


BNP Paribas Real Estate has an exciting new opportunity for an IT Administrator Estate in the 2nd line team of the IT Support Department. The successful candidate will be joining a close-knit team working in an exciting and dynamic environment. The role will allow the successful candidate the opportunity to grow and learn as they join us on our mission to enable business goals through applied use of technology. The position is based in London with some possible travel to other UK offices.


Responsible for all accepts of administration and mobile device management for UK Support team. You will need to be a passionate customer advocate who possesses the right balance of intuition and resourcefulness to deliver a world-class customer experience.


Main Accountabilities




    Processing new starters: account creation, application permissions


    Processing leavers: shutting down of accounts, facilitating return of equipment


    Oversee and maintain Vodafone accounts and contracts


    Mobile Setups on Blackberry and IOS.


    Support on all Mobile Devices




    Updating all internal systems to reflect user changes


    Managing access requests to applications


    Cover for support team where necessary


    Manages, co-ordinates, implements and develops a range of important activities, processes, functions or relationships;


    Is conscious of process and takes steps to protect interests of BNP Paribas Real Estate;


    May contribute to BNP Paribas Real Estate projects.
