Position: IT Support Technician

Salary: £40 - £50k

Hybrid set up: Full time office based role

Key responsibilities for this insert position:

Duties include day to day software support, setting up new users, maintenance upgrades, management of user access, procurement of IT equipment, technical support and data management

What background and experience are the company looking for?

You will have a relevant degree or equivalent, detailed knowledge of Windows/MAC/OS, office 365, Teams, SharePoint, strong problem solving skills, able to work with minimal supervision and able to handle confidential information.
