Field IT Technician

Permanent Role - (Onsite)

• Experience in 2nd line and 3rd line support.


• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.


• Installing, configuring, and upgrading computer systems and peripherals.


• Setting up and maintaining network infrastructure.


• Providing technical support and training to end-users.


• Ensuring data security and confidentiality.


• Documenting all service requests and solutions.
