IT Support - London, Hybrid

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Support Engineer who is keen to develop and expand their skillset. Responsibilities include;

• Efficiently tackling 1st and 2nd line technical challenges spanning hardware, software, and network intricacies.


• Being a pivotal pillar in the company's tech ecosystem through shaping and managing Microsoft 365 domain accounts.


• Work cross-functionally with teams by introducing and training on cutting-edge solutions and enhancements.


• Documenting insightful troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.


• Expand your knowledge and develop through contributing to technology projects that amplify operational efficiency and user experience.

To be successful you should have:

• The ability to skilfully troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues within the Windows environment.


• Possess an understanding of Microsoft 365 and the MS Office Suite.


• Exceptional communication skills for seamless interactions with colleagues and clients.


• Be able to expertly manage your workload, through prioritised tasks, team and autonomous work.

This role offers a day working from home, and requires the candidate to be flexible in visiting the company's other site in Belvedere, Kent if required.
