Key Responsibilities:
- Support for Consultants: Provide daily support to our team of professional recruiters, helping them with administrative tasks and ensuring a streamlined recruitment process
- Events Management: With the teams, coordinate events to facilitate networking and talent acquisition
- Website and Social Media: maintenance of website and social media platforms to maintain an engaging online presence
- Database Administration: Manage and maintain our recruitment database to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- IT Support: Offer basic IT support to the team and liaise with our IT department for more technical issues
- Facilities Management: Oversee and assist in various facilities management tasks to maintain an efficient and comfortable work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative role/s, preferably within recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communicator
- Proficiency in using office software and tools
- A proactive and adaptable approach to tasks
- The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise effectively
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude towards teamwork
