Job Title: Clerical Assistant

Hours: 10 hours (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-10:30am)

Salary: £4725 (Scale 1 pro rata)

Contract: Term Time, Part Time, Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

The role of the Clerical Assistant is to provide an efficient and effective clerical support service for the Head Teacher and staff of the school.

The successful candidate will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, be conversant with the use of ICT and have experience of office-based work. Experience in an education setting and a working knowledge of SIMS.net would be desirable.

This role will primarily focus on pupil attendance whereby the successful candidate will monitor attendance through register scrutiny to maintain good attendance. Being a busy school office the successful candidate will also undertake all reception and adhoc duties.
