Senior Administrator/PA to Operational Manager

To provide a full and comprehensive PA role to the Operational Manager for Living Well Service and provide assistance with minute taking in weekly senior management meetings.
The post holder will have line management responsibility for the Team Administrators and Clerical Assistant within the team.
You will be a well organised and experienced secretary with knowledge of medical terminology. You will ensure all consultants and clinicians within your role are organised and equipped to fulfil their responsibilities. Duties will include minuting of MDT, team meetings, senior managers meetings and other correspondence. Actioning any requirements identified in minutes/typing, along with coordinating clinical activities. You will be responsible for the smooth implementation of administrate processes..
The role will require travelling between Living Well bases within Salford as and when required.
