Legal Secretary/ PA Full Time

A leading, top100 law firm located in the heart of Spinningfields, Manchester are currently looking for a legal secretary/ PA to join their Commercial Litigation team. You will be required to provide top quality support to to our busy fee earners, including 3 Partners and 2 Solicitors . In this hybrid role blending secretarial and PA duties, you'll play a pivotal role in the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Efficient administrative support to a team of fee earners, including Partners and Solicitors.

  • Diary management, internal/external meeting scheduling, travel coordination.

  • Monthly invoicing, financial management, and expense claims processing.

  • Assistance with business development strategies, preparing documents, and event support.

  • File management, including client engagement processes, reviews, ledger balances, and archiving.

  • Typical administrative tasks such as document creation, phone queries, filing, and occasional typing.

  • Working as a team with other secretaries in the department, supporting each other to ensure all work is completed, inclusive of covering each other’s phones and diaries, providing holiday and sickness cover as and when required.
