Leading IP firm is seeking a talented Trainee Patent Secretary to join their collegiate team. Based out of either their London, Oxford or Cambridge hubs, please do get in touch if you are looking for an exciting career move into Patents!
This is a superb opportunity where you'll be exposed to a wide variety of responsibilities as you work alongside and provide pivotal support to IP professionals at all levels within the practice.
A snapshot of duties include:
- Document production
- Completing patent forms and using EPO online filing
- Dictation transcription
- Filing and document handling using the Document Management System
- General secretarial duties
Whilst no previous IP experience is necessary as full and ongoing training will be given, you will ideally have experience working in a secretarial capacity within a professional services environment. Along with excellent written skills, it's imperative that you possess the ability to work well under pressure, have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy being part of a team.
