Neurosciences Senior Spine Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the neurosciences administration team based at St Marys Hospital as a Senior Neurosurgery Spine Administrator. The successful post holder will be primarily responsible for demonstrating a high standard of secretarial support for the Neurosurgery Spine consultants and helping to maintain an efficient admin service.
The successful candidate will be highly efficient and organised with an ability to prioritise and problem solve in a busy working environment. Communication is key for this role and it will be expected that the post holder can demonstrate an ability to communicate with patients and staff across all disciplines. Candidate should have knowledge of RTT national targets and pathways.

- Resolving patient queries over the telephone and by email and on a daily basis, communicating tactfully and professionally
- Work as a key team member helping to meet national RTT targets
- Lead by example by providing guidance and support to the neurosurgery spine admin team
