Team Assistant City-based (Holborn) Hybrid working £30,000-£35,000 + excellent benefits Our client is a mid-sized membership firm that specialises in the Investment sector and has a fast-paced, but collaborative company culture, where employees are key. Due to expansion, they are hiring a team assistant to join a team that supports 3 Directors in diary management, updating the CRM database, completing expenses, arranging and coordinating team meetings and events and any other ad hoc duties. You will attend and minute meetings and ensure that the documentation is prepared pre and post-meeting. The ideal candidate will be educated to A level and have relevant team assistant or secretarial experience where they have had to work with confidential information and support a team.
