- Coordinate and manage board meetings, adeptly taking accurate minutes for comprehensive records.
- Master diary management, booking crucial meetings and arranging seamless video conferences.
- Ensure efficient billing processes, handling monthly billing meetings and liaising with relevant departments.
- Manage diverse administrative tasks, from accounts filing to new client onboarding and more.
Your Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience in a similar role, showcasing your organizational prowess.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office packages, highlighting your tech-savvy nature.
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Swift typing skills (minimum 50 wpm) with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive and flexible approach, ready to adapt to varying tasks and demands.
