Duties Include:

· Report Building – Create and maintain reports using a variety of tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting etc.

· Application Development – Develop and improve upon existing applications using a mixture of C# programming and Visual Basic.

· User Account Management – Maintain and setup new users in Active Directory and Microsoft Office Exchange 365. Ensure machines are configured with the required software, printers & peripherals.

· Technical Support – Provide technical support to end-users & address hardware/software issues.

· Server Management – Assist in maintaining the Microsoft Servers and QNAP Servers.

· Printer Maintenance – Ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of the printers within the office.

Essential Skills:

· Strong knowledge of programming in C#, Visual Basic and Microsoft Visual Studio.

• Experience in managing Microsoft Windows Server Environment.


• Knowledge of Active Directory administration.


• Microsoft Exchange 365


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook.


• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain printers.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Networking technologies.


• Server/Computer hardware maintenance.


• Experience with configuring Apple Macs/Windows software.

Beneficial Skills:

· Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

• Experience with Virtual Machines (VMWare).


• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports & SQL Server


• Experience with web programming such as ASP (.net & Classic), HTML & Javascript
