Description
Our client is a thriving MSP based in Chorley that is recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team. Within this role you will be providing support and troubleshooting issues as part of the 2nd Line Support team.
This MSP is constantly expanding its client base, allowing you to work in an exciting and varied role.You will ensure that customers receive the highest possible level of service by finding solutions to technical problems, managing incidents and keeping up with industry trends.
Requirments
Although you don't need to tick every box on this list, you must have experience working in IT Support, ideally for an MSP.
- Experiance working in a 2nd Line Support role
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining systems and networks
- Experience with Installation and configuration of systems
- Experience in diagnosing faults in both hardware and software
- Experience in solving technical and application issues by phone, email or in-person
- Ability to walk clients through troubleshooting steps
- Experience in re-fitting and/or replacing client hardware
- Experience in supporting updates and roll-outs for client applications and training of users as needed
- Ability to work with SLAs
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple open tickets
- Ability to establish good working relationships with clients
